I have lived in Sedona for seven years. During that time I have worked as a mortgage broker and have built a business that I am proud to say is 100% referral and return customer based.
Prior to moving to Sedona, I worked in commercial and project finance related industries for over thirty years in the USA, Europe and Australia. I am a Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist who can demonstrate financial knowledge and expertise regarding the tax, financial and estate planning implications of various mortgage and real estate investment strategies.
I am NOT in the business of “selling” mortgages. I am helping you create, perhaps, the largest debt in your life. Therefore I have a responsibility to help you professionally manage that debt. I see my primary role as helping my borrowers integrate the mortgage loan they select into their overall long and short-term financial and investment goals and their payment, equity, and cash flow objectives.
As we continue in this process I will come to understand what is most important about a home loan to you and give you advice on that basis.
