Michelle Lambeau

Sedona Holistic founder Michelle Lambeau, CWP, retired as Senior Interpreter for NATO Headquarters, Brussels, Belgium, in 2006 to build and manage what is today Sedona’s premier facility for Watsu® available to Verde Valley residents and visitors alike.
Watsu is a passive movement session offered in a warm water environment to provide an optimal experience of floating relaxation and motion. Visitors to Sedona Holistic’s pool are invited to allow themselves to be moved through the water in a series of protocols developed in accordance with the principles of shiatsu, t’ai chi and yoga.
Michelle Lambeau became a Certified Watsu Practitioner (CWP) in 2002, qualified as Assistant Instructor in 2005 and has been affiliated with the Worldwide Aquatic Bodyworkers Association (WABA) since 2000. She has trained with Watsu creator Harold Dull, and incorporates aspects of related disciplines Healing Dance and Jahara© Technique into her work.
Sedona Holistic’s mission involves the development of new opportunities for visitors’ personal and spiritual integration. A Labyrinth is under development to support awareness of the wealth our city’s natural setting brings to those who allow it. Practitioners of related disciplines are encouraged to explore our offerings to see how they can enhance their own services to their clients. It is the universal approach to our visitors’ growth that inspires Sedona Holistic’s motto: “Let Yourself Happen.”
